SINGLE Session

Cost: $200/session

If you have a specific question or simply need some clarity or action steps, this 60 minute session is for you. You’ll walk away with a plan, but a large portion of the responsibility to implement that plan, falls on you.

What’s Included?

  • Personalized nutrition plan and session summary

  • 3 day food log analysis (as appropriate)

  • Recipes and meal plans, as needed

  • Evidence-based nutrition education handouts/information, specific to your needs and goal

  • 1 week of follow-up and email support following session


3 MOnth program

Cost: $1150

This program is meant to give you consistent one-on-one attention along with accountability as we implement nutrition strategies and adjustments. Together, we will work intensively to create a nutrition plan that fits your athletic/competition schedule and lifestyle that will help you reach your short terms goals, as well as long term success. If you’re looking to level up your athletic performance, this is for you!

What’s Included?

  • 6 Individual nutrition sessions and summaries

  • Continuous follow-up and email support between sessions

  • 3 day food log analysis, and use of Notemeal app (as appropriate)

  • Recipes and fueling outlines, as needed

  • Evidence-based nutrition education handouts/information, specific to your needs and goal
